SWISS JUNKET.
Take one quart of cow's or goat's milk, warm it to 98deg., add of ™ castor sugar and two large tcaspoonsful of rennet; stir for three seconds, put in a glass dish, and allow to set. Then put a layer of cream on top and sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Servo with stewed plums or damsons.
