SPORTS. A meeting of the executive of the Te Poi Athletic Club was held last week. It was statsd that the entries were coming forward satisfactorily and that a successful meeting was practically assured. The names of certain gentlemen were submitted for the positions of stewards and judges, and it was decided to approach them and ask them to act. SCHOOL STAFF. Mr. H. McCambridge, who is at present relieving at the Putaruru school and sometime of Matamata, has been appointed head master of the Te Poi school. AT THE FACTORY. j The walls of the new cheese facI lory are now up to a height of about ' 20 feet and the steel frames for the windows were received on Friday afternoon.
