(1) THAT the Council raise from the State Advafffles Corporation of New Zealand/''®, loan of £I,OOO or th<6e(* as may be required tfor Jthc purpos® of making advances, for the erection of dwellings AfL&cv the Rural Housing Act, 1935, such loan to be called “The Rural Housing Loan No. 1 1912, £1,000.” (2) THAT the Council repay half-yearly in reduction of the loan an amount equal to the sum of all amounts which are expressed to be payable to the Council during the half-year ending on each half-yearly date by the agreements entered into with the Council by the various farm ers to whom the loan moneys are to be advanced. (3) THAT interest at the rate of £3% on unpaid principal be paid by the Council calculated on the daily debtor balance of the Council in the accounts of the lender. (4) THAT the security for the charges in respect of such loan shall be a special rate of one-fortieth (1/40) of a penny (Id) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the County of Lake.
