THE DOG NUISANCE
(To the Editor). Sir—As we have a paid inspector of nuisances appointed, it would be interesting to know why so many people deliberately break the by-law by still letting their dogs loose in the streets and in the shop®. Maybe it is that another charitable job has been given with no thought of getting service. The woa'st offenders seem to be the ones with set jobs. The council should enforce its by-laws for the benefit of all concerned especially the people who depend on the attraction and cleanliness of the town. I am, etc., ADVANCE QUEENSTOWN.
