PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE.
STATEMENT FOR JULY, 1910. Estates of a value of £7.39,363 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of July, 1910. The total value of the estates and funds under administration by the Public Trustee on the 31st March, 1940, was £62,, 622,175, and the new business for the four month,si ended 31st July was £2,325,406. ■Grants of administration made by the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 202 for the month. During’ the month 1164 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of . testators and lodged for safe custody, and 418 existing wills were revised to provide, for changes desired by testators. The total number of wills now held in the Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons Is 100,217.
