Mr and Mrs G. J. Elder are on a visit to Arrowtown. Mr J. Jopp, of Hakataramea, was a visitor to Arrowtown last week. Messrs IV. Pittaway and IV. B. Galloway, of Palmerston, chairman and secretary, respectively, of the Golden Arrow Mining Co., paid a visit to Arrowtown at the week-end. They were accompanied by Messrs IV. McLeod and J. Diack, directors of the Company. Messrs Bobert Scott and James Fitzgibbon, who represented the Arrow Young Farmers’ Club at the recent educational week in Dunedin., returned home last week. Mr H. Perriam, the third representative, is spending a holiday in Dunedin. Mr and Mrs IV. O’Malley, Dunedin, spent a few days in Arrowtown last week. They were the guests of Mr and Mrs P. Mcßride. Mr G. D. Beale, of Macetown, who | had been on a holiday visit to Dunedin, returned to the district on Wednesday last. Mr and Mrs T. Mitchell and Miss ■ Daphne Mitchell, of _ Dunedin, are | spending a holiday in Arrowtown. They are the guests of Mrs Mitchell’ia mother, Mrs J. Hamilton.
