TUESDAY, NOVEMBER. ]3, 1834. Applications made in the Warden's Court at Queenstown last Tuesday, before H. J. Dixon Esq., warden, were dealt with as. follows: — APPLICATIONS GEAN'TED. Gordon Jas. Bowler. —Ordinary prospecting license over 100 acres of Grown land situate in Elk IV, Skippers Greek, commencing at a point in Ironstone creek near its junction with the Shotovier river, thence running up the said creek in an easterly direction for a distance of 20 chains, thence north for 50dhs, west 50cbs., and 1 south 50chis. The Goldfields Dredging Co., Ltd.— Special dredging claim over IGae Ir 30 perches on Grown land in block 19, Shotover S'.D., being the bed and beaches of the Shotover from bank to bank, commencing at a point about 3chs above the bridge at Arthurs Pt., and extending, approx., 60chs down stream to the western boundary of S.D.C. now held by the Company.
