MEN’S SECTION. Ist QUALIFYING ROUND CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP. The following is the draw for this week: McNeill v. Wilkinson, Hannan v Murchison, Farrant v McKay, Nelson, junr., v Oockerill, Anderson v Dagg, Nelson, senr. v Cooke, Griffin v Mosley, Ogilvie v Scorer.
LADIES’ SECTION. On Saturday, August 8, a sealed hole match was played, Mrs Hannan being the winner. Next Saturday, August 15th, the first qualifying round of the championships will be played. In conjunction with this, a very handsome trophy presented by Mr J. Hislop of Messrs Walker and Hall, Dunedin, will be competed for, conditions being the lowest gross score over 36 holes. Following is the draw for Saturday, 15th August:— Mrs Mann v Mrs Anderson, Mrs Wilkinson v Mrs O’Connell, Mrs Hannan v Miss Hunter, Mias Southberg v Miss Henderson, Mies Geisow v Miss McSoriley, Miss Angelo v Mis«s Hales, Miss Murchison v Mns Cockerill, Miss Stinson v Miss Scales.
