INDEPENDENTS SECURE REPRESENTATION WELLINGTON, July 2b. Some amusing by-play marked tire successful attempt made by Mr W ilkinson in the House to-night to secure representation for the Independent group on the Select Committee winch will inquire into questions of highways finance.
