CHILDREN’S FANCY DRESS DANCE

THE event of this week. Considerable interest is being taken in the Children’s Fancy Dress Dance, which is to he held in the A theneuni Hall, Arrow-town, on Friday evening next, in aid of the Arrow Public School. A large number of children have been in practice for some time, and they should provide much pleasure as well as amusement for patrons as they go through the evolutions of the grand march and other dances in which they have been trained. Those responsible for the providing of the fancy frocks have also been busy, and some grave and gav masquerades may be looked forward to. The dance commences at 8 o’clock sharp, and the children will have the floor until 10 p.m., after which there will he a plain and fancy dress dance for the adults. The charges of admission are: Adults- 2s, children Is, and children in fancy dress free. Supper will he provided.
