The following essay on “Light is the work of a country schoolgirl< —“There are quite a good many kinds such as daylight, moonlight, lamplight. electric light, and chicken light,, which are not light, but -lungs. I. like sunlight, but my aunt likes moonlight so she can go riding with •lied l>oy. When there ain’t any light it as dark, and we call it dark. The suln makes daylight, and the keiosenei makes lamplight, but electric light is made by a thing they call Dina-might. Besides electric light there are also Israelites, but they are Jews, land are not light, but awful dark looking people. And this is all I know about light, so no more for this time.’’
