GORE HOUSE BAZAAR. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report as follows • We held our weekly sale of horses in the Gore horse bazaar on Saturday. The The entry consisted of 12 mares and geldings, mostly hacks and harness horses, the bulk of which were of the stale class. The attendance of the public comprised a number of buyers for horses suitable for packing rabbits, and all this class that came forward met with keen competition. Only 3 draught horses came forward but we were not successful in getting the owners' resesves. We sold the bulk of the entry, however, at £7 10s down to =£4 10s. McKAY BROS.' REPORT. Messrs McKay Bros., report the following sales for the week endiug Saturday : Poultry.—Large entry ; good demand. Hens, Is to Is 9d ; young cockerels, (id to 10d; chicks, 3d to 8d ; roosters, to Is lOd; ducks, Is lOd to 2s 4d. Pigs.—Good entry and all sold well. Suckers, 5s (id to Ms ; weaners, Ks to 10s.
