Stronach, Morris and Co., Ltd., report for we i \ ending, 10th January as follows : Fat Sheep.—There was only a small yarding of 2556 and prices in consequence showed a sharp rise, in some instances of from 2s to 3s per head. Best wethers (shorn) 20s to 225; extra to 23s 6d; medium to good 16s 6d to 19s Od; light 14s Od to 15s 6d, best ewes 18s to 20s Od, medium 14s to 17s; light 9s to lis. Oats. —Quotations : Prime milling 2s 3id to 2s 4d; good to best feed 2s 2d to 2s 3d, inferior to medium Is lid to 2s Id per bushel (sacks extra.) Wheat.—There is nothing doing and owing to the further drop in flour in Australia we are afraid prices will come further back here. Prime milling 3s lOd to 4s Od, medium to good 3s 5d to 3s Od, fowl wheat 3s 2d to 3s 4d, medium to good 2s 20d to 3s, broken and damaged 2s to 2s 9d per bushel (sacks extra.) Potatoes. —There are no old potatoes coming forward now, new lines bringing frcm £W to £l2 10s per ton according to quality.
