♦ GORE HORSE BAZAAR. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., report We had an entry of 40 horses for our sale at the above ' yards on Saturday. The quality being very poor, sales were difficult to make, There were several i 1 the yard on the lookout for serviceable draughts, and we could have placed a fair quantity had there been any forward. There has been a fair enquiry during the week for first-class plough mare 3 and gel lings at prices ranging up to j£42. The demand for aged draughts is very slack. Hacks and harness horses, also spring-carters, are still being asked after. We remind clients and others of our large special sale next Saturday. 80 horses are already entered, and we anticipate a good demand. McKAY BROS.'
