TENDERS art invited by the Borough of Queenstown for Itaiiog the abovementioned three sections for a term ef 21 year* m from the 6th January, 1893, with option of renewal for other twenty one years, fall valuation for buildings and permanent improvements to be paid by the incoming tenant to the then outgoing tenant, provided that in the •vent the lease being determined either by forfeiture or by effluxion of time without a fresh tenant is procured or otherwise, then the lessee shall not be entitled to any compensation whatever from the lessors for buildings or permanent improvements.
