A Post Office for the Lower Shotover Bridge.
The following letter has been placed at our disposal concerning a subject which has been several time 3 agitated by the Lower Shotover residents without avail. As the mail coach passes the budge the extra cost of the service would be nothing, and it is to be hoped, therefore, that the Postal Department will accede, without further delay, to the wishes of the petitioners in a matter which is of considerable importance to a large section of the farming community.
