To the Mining Registrar at Queenstown, of the Queenstown Mining District, and to all other persons whom it may concern. fTIAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct a water-race and divert water for mining purposes, commencing at a point on the south side of Skipper's Creek, Upper Shotover, about 200 feet below Messrs Southberg's dam, at Skipper's Creek, and terminating at my crushing machine or battery. The length of such race is 150 yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and The mean depth and breadth of such race is 3ft. by Ift., and it is proposed to divert 10 Government heads of water.
