rpHIS IS TO GIVE NOTICE that I, the abovenamed William Roiruon Buchan, have this day filed with the Clerk of the District Court of | the Otago Goldfields, 1 at Cromwell, a statement under' the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, that I am unable to pay my debts, add thai I desire to have my affairs liquidated under the said Act. And I hereby sumirion a first meeting of my Creditors, to be held at the Court House, Cromwell, on the 25th day of January, at 11 o'clock, to consider the propriety Of having my all airs liquidated under the said Act. Until the appointment of a Trustee, all persons having in their possession any of my efffects must I deliver them, and all debts due to me must be paid to the said Clerk of the District Court of the Otago Goldfields at Cromwell aforesaid. Before the appointment of a Trustee, Creditors, to enable them to vote at a meeting, mutt forward their proofs of debt to the said Clfcrk.
