WELLINGTON TRAMWAYMEN.
A THREE SHILLINGS BONUS. [Pee Press Association.] WELLINGTON, December 2S. The Arbitration Court has mado an order amending the Weliugton City Tramway employees’ agreement, in the direction of granting a bonus of three shillings. The union asked for revision of the basic wages by increasing these hr 7s per week. The Court, has added the following sub-olause to the existing wages clause The minimum rates of wages abbve prescribed shall be increased hv a bonus of three shillings per week, unless and until the Court shall otherwise order, but such bonus shall b© excluded from the" computation of overtime provided for in the succeeding clause hereof.” The order is to operate from November 1. ,
