PREMIER TO VISIT ALLIED CAPITALS.

The Government Press announces that M. Rallis. the Greek Premier, intends to visit the Allied capitate, and open direct negotiations with the Allied Governments regarding the situation. Ho also stated that in order to prove tho sincerity of its feelings towards the Entente, the Greek Government is roady to give any guarantees that may bo demanded.
