SPREYDON. Tho Sprovdpn Borough Council met last evening; present—the Mayor (Mr A, Mankire), and Councillors E. O’Rourke, F. Laws, AY. Witte H. Anderson, A. I. do 800, G. Robinson and 11. Worrall.
