TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —On visiting tho above offices I Iras surprised to "find tho Clirisbchurch daily newspapers wero not filed, although Auckland, Wellington, Dunedin and Hawko's Bay tvere represented. Those in charge referred me to the "Weekly Press," but this latter publication "does nob represent the news of Christchuroh.
On paying a visit to tho Municipal Public Library, I found a similar state of affairs. Surely Christchurch residents have a right to enjoy privileges obtained by other New Zealand residents at the Government offices here.— I am, etc., CRRISTCHTJRCH VISITOR. Sydney, May G. *
