TROOPS LANDED IN SOUTH.

LONDON, May 17Two thousand . troops landed at Pantry and were immediately distributed throughout West Cork, where rhey are stationed at points five miles ■p:wt. Public-houses are closed at four o'clock, A large force of troops has arrived, and a cordon has been drawn round the affected areas.
