MODEL YACHTING.
On Snturday, at Lake Victoria, the Model Club 6ailc<l off tho third ana bents ®of the sixth race of the season, .the wind was strong‘from tho east. Eight boats competed. A peculiar feature of this race was that tho same three boats occupied the same first positions in both heats. Results : Third heat: Mr Oakes’s Emerald Isle 1; Mr Rattray’s Queen Mab, 2; Mr Sclienkell s Alert, 3. Time —49min. Fourth heat; Emerald Isle 1. Queen Man 2, Alert 3. Time —34min.
