<;? WEDDING. CLUOAS WHITE. A very pretty wedding was solemnised in the Baring Square Methodist Church, Ashburton, on March 3, the Rev J. Belshaw officiating, when Alisa Amy Ambrezine White, second eldest daughter of Air and Mrs G. White, of Alienton, Ashburton, was married to Air Allen Russell Clucas, second son of Airs H. .Clucas. of Allenton. The bride, who waa given away by her father, looked charming in a wedding gown of cream crepe cle chine, with veil and orange blossoms to match. The bridesmaids were Aliss Alary Wlvito (sister of of the bride) and Aliss Clarice Clucas (sister of the bridegroom), the former wearing a very pretty dress of apricot crepe do' chino with hat and bouquet to match, the latter a very charming dress of heliotrope crepe de chine, with hat find flowers to match. Two prettilydressed little girls. Aliss Cora White (sister of the bride) and Aliss Clarice Evelyn Cluoas /niece of the bridegroom) were flower gins, while the bridegroom was attended by Air Nelson Lawrence Clucas as best man. After the wedding cereng>ny about eighty friends.and relatives of the bride and bridegroom adjourned to the Masonic Hall, where the wedding was partaken of, the usual round; of toasts being honoured.
