AERIAL DEFENCE.
PROGRAAIAIE FOR AUSTRALIA. A. and N.Z. Cable Association and Rental. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. AIELBOURNE, March 8. The Air Board haa submitted to the Council of Defence a complete scheme of aerial defence. It provides for tho formation by 1920 of 1624 squadrons of aeroplanes and flying, boats. The expenditure for tho first year- will bo a million and a half, and the annual cost ono million. The force will be composed of a citizen force mainly and soldiers.
