'DISTRICT COMPETITIONS. FIFTH ROUND. The sixth round of district cricket was )oned on Saturday in fine weather, with a rong nor’-westerly wind. In tho match between Technical and Linwood, the former, in tho first innings, made 112 (M’Kenzie 50, L. Mardon 12). Bowling for Linwood. Cadonhead took Ihreo wickets for 23 runs.' Marists 109 defeated Farmers' 60 and 44 by an innings and 6 runs. Boys’ Gordon Hall 89 for.aovon wickots defeated St Andrewe 85 by three wickets and 4 runs on the first innings. JUNIOR GRADE. Boys’ Gordon Hall defeated Normal by default. Technical College B 101 defeated Technical College A 73 by 28 runs on the first innings.
