The Australian Press Association learns that the Bolsheviks inserted the following three secret clauses in the peace terms with the Baltic States: — (1) Relations must cease . with all States at war with the Soviet. These include the Entente and Finland(2) The expulsion of all foreign warships from the Northern Baltic.. (3) The opening of the Baltic ports to the Bolsheviks, with lleval as a free port. The German evacuation of tho Baltic States is now completed. Although there is no authentic information, it is believed that tho. Bolsheviks have occupied Kiev. Their advance continues without interruption. The Bolsheviks, however, are confronted with internal difficulties. Sixteen thousand ‘ workmen and peasants rebelled at Bryansk. The Bolsheviks continue their successes in East Russia. They have occupied Novo Nikolaiev, four hundred miles cast of Moik. Tho Bsthonian Legation at Reval do not. believe in the possibility of peace wiui the Bolsheviks, who are delaying all tho important questions.
