FIUME.
PROBLEM OF SOVEREIGNTY. PRESIDENT WILSON’S ATTITUDE. United Bemoe. (Received December 17, 7.35 p.m.) LONDON, December 16. Contrary to the American reports stating that the sovereignty of Fiume has been given to Italy, reports from Paris state that M. Clemenceau and Mr Lloyd George informed Signor Scialoja that President Wilson adheres to his former standpoint, and that therefore the only solution is to make Fiume automonous.
