Richard Gariick was charged at the. Lyttelton Court yesterday with drunkenness and using obscene language. *He was convicted and discharged lo: drunkenness, and- convicted- and fined £5, in default one month’s imprisonment, for using obscene language. Peter Chalmers, for drunkenness on n railway train, was fined 10s, or twentyfour hours' imprisonment.
