Tho Grey branch of the Locomotive Association passed the' following resolution: —-We consider- the Prime Minister’s reply to the Executive Council’s request to appoint a conciliator an evasion and a misstatement of the position, and wo urge the Executive Council to force a speedy termination of the present unsatisfactory state of affairs-
