CONGRESSES TO RESUME. WELLINGTON, December 24. The council of the New Zealand Chea Association has decided to resume hold* injj the annual championship congresses wlii'h were temporarily abandoned three years ago onaccount of the war. The first post-war congress will be held at Wellington in the Christmas and New Year liolidays of 1919.
