Thai tho Council proceeds to raise a. Loan of Five Thousand Pounds (£5000) for tho purpose of Electrical Reticulation of part "of tho said county; interest to bo five and a quarter per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and a half yews, or until the loan is hilly paid off.
