IN RUSSIA.
A KRONSTADT HORRORFIVE HUNDRED PRISONERS DROWNED. COPENHAGEN, November 16. Telegrams from Helsingfors stato that the Bolsheviks at Kronstadt placed five hundred prisoners on lighters and drowned them at sea. Those attempting to oscupo were shot. General Hcvn lias been informed that tlio GovernorGeneral of Finland was among the drowned, ns ho had no money to bribe his captors.
