Borough Council upon the said County Council), and of all other Aotsi and powers it in that behalf enabling (an Order-in-Couucil in pursuance of Section 1& of "The Appropriation Act, I!HS " having been obtained authorising the Council to borrow), the Rangiom County Council hereby resolved by way of Special Order at follows: That the. Council proceeds to mine a. Loan of Five Thousand Pounds (£5000) for the purpose of Electrical Reticulation of part of the enid county; interoai to bo five and a quarter per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
