IVARSHIP TORPEDOED, . LONDON, November 12.'.-. The Admiralty reports that tho war« ship Britannia was torpedoed on November 9, at the western entrance to th» Strait of Gibraltar. She sank in three and a half hours. Tho survivors number thirty-nine officers and 673 men. (The Britannia was of 10,350 tons displacement. Sho was launched m 1904. Her complement was 777 officers and men).
