TO TH3S EDITOR. Sir, —As. a visitor, who pays to go into the show. I naturally wish to get all I can for my money, and when looking at the fat cattle pens I wish to see the heaviest bullock. A weighbridge lias been erected to give the necessary information : as to why one of the cattle is heavier than the others. May I fi'sk. why tho live weights are not posted up. About 1829 aMr Buckley exhibited a bullock weighing 1 ton 4ewt Iqr 81b. Could you inform mo if that weight has ..ever been beaten, or did it.break the weighing apparatus?— J. am, etc., ■ . READER.
