N.Z. DRUG CO., LTD. . [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, November 15. With the consent of the Minister of Finance the directors of Kempthorne, Prosser and Company’s New Zealand Drug Cornpair/ have resolved to increase the capital by the creation of 103,000 new shares of £1 each. Only 50,000 shares will be issued at present, and the full amount will be called up over a period covering: about two years. The premium on the issue will be 5s a eh&Jft.
