TBMUKA. Thero was a good attendance of farmers at the Temuka stock sale. 'lheio was a moderate entry of sheep, but they sold well, the prices being well "p to late values. The following prices were obtained:—Fat ewes from 30s to SOs, (at wethors from 18s to 453. Stores—A line of 90 ewes end lambs were passed in at lCs 9d. There waa a largo entry of cattle, the condition of the fats being rather poor. The demand was brisk. Fat cows irom £6 ?.s 6d to. £l6 10s;. fat steers £l3 to £2O; fat heifers £9 to £l4 15s. Stores—Heifers £2 5s to £5 2s 6d, steers from £1 to £9 9s. Dairy cattle—HeiftTS £6 to £B, 1 in profit £l2, 1 and calf £l9 10s, cows from £6 7s' £d to £l6 17a 6d. There waa a fair entry of pigs, and there was a good demand. Weaaers brought from 20s' to 455. A line of purebred Jorsey cows fetched £2l 10s, £22 10s, £26, £3B. ...
At the Addington market on Wednesday twelve fat lambs sold on behalf of .Mr P. O'Grady. Snringston, realised 29s 3d.
