Italian, British, French and American troops are pursuing the retreating Austrians east of the Piave. The Allies have reaohed Vittorio, and on the mountain front have taken Quero. The prisoners now total 33,000 and several hundred guns have been taken. . * , ENEMY'S DIFFICULTIES. , Fighting in Budapest continues and German troops have been sent to restore order. A Czeeho-Slovak republic has been proclaimed in Prague. Germany has addressed another peace note to America. There is growing opposition to Prussia apparent in Bavaria.
