CASE OF MRS PRICE. [From Ora Coi;rkspoxde:s;t.l WELLINGTON, Sept-ember 17. Cabinet approved the recommendation of the Minister of Justice for the release from prison of Mrs Ellen Eliza Price, who with her husband was convicted of harbouring military deserters. Cabinet's decision was subject to tbo approval of his Excellency the Gov-ernor-General, and this was obtained to-day. _ —^
