* A jumble sale will be held at 2.80 o'clock to-day in tho Linwcod Congregational Hall. A lecture on public health wil". be delivered to-night by tho Hon G. W. Russell before tho Workers' Educational Association. A meeting of Lower Riccarton residents will be held in the Riccarton Town Hall on Monday evening to form a Tramway Copper Trail Committee. A meeting will be held in the Lower Riccarton Town Hall to-morrow night in continuation of the National - Efficiency campaign. The speakers will be tho Rev J. J. North and Mr J. Keir. A jumble sale will bo held at three o'clock to-day in St Michael's Hall.
