12,000-TON VESSEL LAUNCHED. NEW YORK. August 4. Mr E. N. Hurley, chairman of the United States Shipping Board, in a message to Lord Northcliffe. says that tho yards have launched a 12,000 ton ship, the invincible, which was built in twenty-four days- In thirty-live days more the vessel will be ready to go to sea.
