MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.
The Christchurch division of the St John Ambulance Brigade resumed ita fortnightly meetings on Tuesday. There was a good attendance. Mrs Whittkker gave an interesting address on her recent visit to the hospitals of Chicago, Detroit, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington and ,San Francisco, Tho sncr.Vr was accorded a vote of thanks.
