Affer that data no further premiums wero paid in cash, but tho Office advanced tbo unpaid premiums out of surrondcr value and kept the Policy in. full forco until death took place on 16th July, 1917, and I havo s this day received from- tho National Mutual a, cheque for £l9O 10s lid in settlement of my claim. Although only 2J years' premiums were paid tho Policy was kept in forco for a further period of 2 years and i months by tho " Nonforfeiture Principle," which wan first introduced into life «is3uranco business . \>y tho National Mutual, and which baa now helped mo to benefit materially by its "operation.
