MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
CHRISTCHURCH. Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday. On a charge of drunkenness John Burke and Herbert Nolan, alias John Nolan, wero each fined "20s, in the alternative seven days' imprisonment, both, offenders having previous convictions against them.
