GREEK SCANDAL. ATHENS, December 16. The courts have concluded tho investigation of the charges against Lambros and Skouloudis. Their property has been sequestrated, and Lambros was ordered to enter into a bond for the payment of nearly eight million francs, indemnities to tho victims of the outbreak last December.
Skouloudis was ordered to guarantee the reimbursement to the Treasury of five and a half million francs in respect of illegal payments to officials.
