FIRE AT AUCKLAND.

A fire occurred last night in a three* storey brick building occupied by the Electric Construction Company, and Messrs Dorking and Sneddon, upholsterers. Tho ground fhor was gutted, and considerable damage done on the first and second floors. Messrs Dork ing and Sneddon’s stock was destroyed and the company’s stock considerakU damaged. Tho latter was insured foi £4OO in th e South British Office.
