FIGURES FOR AUGUST. At yesterday’s meeting of the Christchurch Tramway Board the revenue account for the four weeks ended September 2 was submitted, showing earnings from operation to bo £11,513 and operating expenses £6695, leaving a balance of £4BIS. After deductions for interest, sinking fund, depreciation, lire and accident reserve and payments to men oh active service, a surnlus of £3BO remained.
