Though the crisis is temporarily oyer tho excitement continues. Tho majority of the Congress opposes tho Government, whoso policy is considered vacillating. Strikes are occurring on the French and British railways and a general strike is probable. Already there has been, much sabotage and stores and rolling stock have been burned.

ARGENTINE WANTS WAR. BUENOS AIRES, September 16. A mass meeting wildly cheered demands that the Argentine should sever relations with Germany and not. receive a Minister until Germany becomes a republic.
